Return & Refund policy



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the item you received is damaged/missing, please contact us, we will reissue/partial refund for you free of charge, please do not return it.

If you want to return/exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ,let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.Send your item to: Room 106, No.6 shuiyougang road,  Nanjing, 210013 Jiangsu, China.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return/Exchange?

If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned tea extensions were not opened. Once your extensions have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

Will I Be Refunded My Express Shipping Cost?

No. Express shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I Return Or Exchange An Opened Set?

No. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the pakege haven't been tampered with. If we find the pakege have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or an exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team

반품 가능한 조건은 다음과 같습니다. 상품 개봉되지 않은 상태에서 원래 포장상태여야 합니다.

일부 품목은 반품이 불가능합니다. 식품, 꽃, 신문, 잡지 등의 상품은 상품을 반품할 수 없습니다. 또한 개인 또는 위생용품, 위험한 물질, 인화성 액체나 가스와 같은 상품도 반품을 받지 않습니다.

- 일부 건강 및 개인용품

반품 완료하기 위해서 영수증 또는 구매 증명서가 필요합니다.

구매한 상품을 제조업체로 보내지 마십시오.

일부 경우에는 부분환불만 가능합니다 (해당 사항이 있는 경우):

- 사용 흔적이 명백한 책

- 개봉된 CD, DVD, VHS 테이프, 소프트웨어, 비디오 게임, 카세트 테이프 또는 레코드판

- 원래 상태가 아닌 상품, 파손된 상품 또는 저희의 잘못이 아닌 다른 이유로 누락된 부분이 있는 상품

- 배송 후 30일 이상 지난 상품

환불 (해당 사항이 있는 경우)

반품한 상품이 접수되고 검사된 후에, 저희가 이메일을 통해 해당 내용을 고객님께 전달드립니다. 환불이 승인되었거나 거부되었는지도 같이 알려드리겠습니다.

환불이 승인된 경우, 해당 금액은 자동으로 고객님의 신용카드나 원래의 결제 수단으로 일정 기간 이내에 환불됩니다.

지연 또는 누락된 환불 (해당 사항이 있는 경우)

환불을 아직 받지 못한 경우, 먼저 은행계좌를 확인해주세요.

그다음에 카드사에 연락해보세요. 환불이 완전히 될때까지 시간좀 소유될 수 있습니다. 가끔 진행해야한 과정도 있습니다.

상품이 선물로 구매했지만 구매 시 선물로 표시되지 않았거나 선물 주신 분이 직접 선물을 주시려고 상품을 수령하신 경우, 저희는 환불을 선물 보내주신분께 환불해드리고 해당 환불사실도 주문자께 알려드립니다.

반품한 제품은 개봉되지 않은상태 확인하고 접수한 후 결제 수단으로 전액 환불해드립니다. 소포가 창고로 도착한 후에는 최대 3-5 영업일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

참고: 대부분의 금융기관은 환불 처리에 평균적으로 3-5 영업일이 소요되지만, 더 오래 걸릴 수도 있습니다. 금융기관에서 환불이 반영되기까지 최대 7 영업일이 소요될 수 있습니다. 더 자세한 정보는 신용카드 제공업체에 문의하는 것을 권장합니다.
