About White Tea:
White tea is a lightly fermented tea.
As the simplest tea among the six major tea types, white tea is the closest to the original flavor of tea leaves. Mainly produced in Fuding and Zhenghe county, Fujian province.
White tea is divided into four categories according to harvesting standards:
White Tea Silver Needle, Bai Mu Dan, Gong Mei, and Shou Mei.
