Brewing Guide
Brewing with a gaiwan is recommended.
1.After warming the gaiwan, add 3 g of dry tea, gently swirl, and enjoy the aroma.
2.Pour in hot water at 95-100 °C for brewing.
3.Steep 3-5s for infusions 1-5. For infusions 6–9, steep for 5–10s. For subsequent infusions, gradually extend the steeping time to 10–15s.
For each subsequent infusion, gradually increases the steeping time. If you taste bitter or astringent, shorten the steeping time or reduce the amount of dry tea leaves accordingly.
