Where does matcha come from?
Jingshan, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province is located at 30 degrees north latitude, on the northeast peak of the Tianmu Mountains. This is the birthplace of matcha and the place where tea sage Lu Yu陆羽 wrote the "Tea Classic"茶经. Jingshan Temple was founded and flourished here.

How is our matcha made?
Our matcha raw materials come from Zhejiang Tea Group, and the tea gardens where it grows strictly follow shading to promote the formation of a unique microclimate. It adopts a 100,000-class clean workshop and an ultra-micro continuous ball mill cooling cycle system to ensure low-temperature grinding.
