About Pu'er
Pu'er is made from large-leaf kind tea in Yunnan Province, China.
According to its process, it has two kinds. Raw Pu'er and Ripe Pu'er
Pu-erh is suitable for boiling and drinking with Chenpi(Dried Tangerine Peel)
What is Raw Pu'er?
Basic Process: Fixation→Rolling→Drying→Steaming.
Due to the transformation without fermentation in the process. It has the effect of antioxidant and blood fat reduction, but it is not suitable for people with stomach problems.
Generally, the tea soup is yellowish-green, with strong bitterness and astringency, good quality Pu'er has after-taste sweetness and icing sugar sweetness.
Also, with long storage, over 10 years of aged tea will be transformed into the taste of ripe tea, which is warm and moist with a unique aroma of aging.
And, what is Ripe Pu'er?
Basic Process: Fixation→Rolling→Pile-Fermented→Drying→Steaming.
During Pile-fermented, fermented by microorganisms, suitable for all tea drinkers,
has the effect of dispelling cold and losing weight, suitable for both young and old. Generally, the tea soup is orange-red tea, mellow and smooth, with a rich aroma.
