This season, we trace the historic Yunnan‑Tibet Tea‑Horse‑Road caravan trail that winds through Pu’er, Dali and Lincang . Beyond merely sipping tea, you travel through rich‑bodied black teas and aged‑style Pu‑erh. Savour deep honey notes, earthy mineral undertones and mellow fermented flavours shaped by Yunnan’s high‑mountain ancient‑tea‑tree terroir.
The Ancient Tea‑Horse Road runs along two major routes. The Yunnan‑Tibet route stretches from Pu’er, Fengqing and Gaoligong Mountains, passing through Dali, Lijiang, Shangri‑La to Qamdo and Lhasa, with trade caravans traveling further to Nepal and India. All black tea and Pu‑er teas in this subscription club are sourced from historic tea belts along this trail, including Fengqing, Gaoligong Mountains, Dali and Lincang.
