Where are your teas from?

All Zheng Shan Tang Series and Yuanzheng Series Products are from Wuyi Mountain National Reserve. China only. And Junmei China Black Teas from ten tea major regions from China

The product I want to order is out of stock. When will it be available?

It can take between 10-14 working days for stock of an item to be replenished, but to be notified as soon as stock becomes available, you can click into the product page and enter your email address into the ‘Notify me when back in stock’ box to receive an automated email as soon as it’s available.

My order haven't basn't been delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the maximum amount of working days for delivery to receive your order (Standard Shipping: 7-15 working Days, Express: 5-15 working days and International: 20 working days). If you haven’t received your order within these timescales you can contact our Consumer Service team either by email at lapsangstore@gmail.com or by telephone

When can i get my products?

For Standard Shipment(Order Cost Below $45), it will take 1-2 weeks for you to receive.

For Express Shipment and order cost over $45, it will take 3-6 working days for you to receive.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order havn't been shipped and status is processing, we can change the address for you, please straight call and email us.

How much is delivery?

When order cost below $45. Enjoy free standard shipping, you can pay $20 extra to get express shipping.

When order cost over $45. Enjoy free express shipping.

I've received a faulty/damaged item.

We’re really sorry about that – please send us the email of receiving your order giving details of the damage and some images within 14 days, quality problem with 30 days(start from delivery date) so we can get it resolved for you as quickly as possible. We will resent the new products to you free of charge.

How do i return my order?

We acccept return with unconditional. If don't have quality problems and damaged during transportation, buyers should pay for the shipping cost by themself.

Can i exchange an item?

Sorry that we currently don't offer return service, if you dissatisfied with our teas, please contact us about the product details.

Are there any restrictions on sending items to certain countries?

Currently we don't have, if has. We’ll always try our best to inform you of this before shipping your order.

Can I ship an order to a PO Box address?

We can ship orders to PO Box addresses but it may cost extra time.(Standard Shipping Only)

I can’t place an order myself.

No problems, emai us about your products, we will send you the paypal invoice to your account to fullfill the payment.

How do I apply a promotion code to my order?

In the payment stage, add the promotional code to the ‘Promotional Code’ box and click ‘Apply.’

How long does a refund take to show in your account?

A PayPal refund should show in your account instantly. If you use other payment method, it will take 3-5 working days for you to receive.
