After the initial mix-up, the parcel had arrived finally by air. 水仙, in Sydney, practically is not available in the Sydney Chinese restaurants. 40+ rears ago, yes, in the high end restaurants, now only the cheap versions are available in the Chinese super-markets. Today, I could not help calm myself and brewed a pot for the tasting by my wife and myself. Its favour and after taste on the back of the tongue was fantastic, brought my memory of the decent 水仙 I tasted at home. The colour was clear, flavour was pleasant and peaceful. The packaging was good.
A big surprise, and good buy.
