Introduction

This tea is sourced from 14 core tea-producing regions under the Junmei China production network. We select the finest fresh tea leaves from premium growing zones in Hunan, Hubei, Yunnan and more – all situated along the prime tea-growing belt.Surrounded by rolling peaks, these tea mountains enjoy abundant rainfall, moderate sunlight and sharp day–night temperature differences Far from urban pollution, the original forest ecosystem nurtures tea plants naturally. Nourished by mountain mists and fertile soil, the tea buds develop rich inner substances, resulting in neat, slender dark brown dry tea strips.This tea holds three organic certifications from China, the US, and the EU. Adopting innovative, standardized Junmei processing, it delivers a fresh natural fruity aroma with pure woodland notes, complemented by a sweet, smooth taste.
We stick to four strict organic planting rules: no synthetic chemical fertilizers, no chemical pesticides, no growth regulators, and no food additives. Complying with the NY5196 Organic Tea Standard and the GB2763 National Food Safety Standard, it has passed 112 pesticide residue tests, as well as heavy metal tests for lead and copper-ensuring safe daily drinking.
The box features a pastoral landscape painting of mountain flowers, flying birds, and dancing butterflies, showcasing an oriental aesthetic of natural harmony. Each box carries a unique organic QR code on the back for authenticity verification.

Brew Guide

Brewing with a gaiwan is recommended.
1.After warming the gaiwan, add 3 g of dry tea, gently swirl, and enjoy the aroma.
2. Pour in hot water at 95-100 °C for brewing.
3. Steep 3-5s for infusions 1-5. For infusions 6–9, steep for 5–10s. For subsequent infusions, gradually extend the steeping time to 10–15s.
For each subsequent infusion, gradually increases the steeping time. If you taste bitter or astringent, shorten the steeping time or reduce the amount of dry tea leaves accordingly.

Brew Black Tea Perfectly for Maximum Flavor

More detailed brewing guide 

1.Add 3-5g of tea after warming the cup and smell the tea aroma
2.Prepare pure water around 95-100°C.
3.1-4 course rush out, do not soak for a long time.5-7 courses soak for 5-10s, 7-10 courses about 15s.
The more times of brewing, the longer the soaking time, in order to ensure the stability of the tea soup.
