Tips About Chinese Teas

  • Traditional Chinese tea does not add flavorings, high quality tea leaves and handcrafting produce a natural aroma
  • Chinese black tea is mellow and not bitter, so it does not need to add milk and sugar, which is healthier
  • If you use a gaiwan or teapot to make tea, it is recommended to brew multiple times(6-12), and gradually increase the soaking time from 3 seconds each time.
  • Purified water at 100 degrees Celsius is the best choice for brewing Zheng Shan Tang black tea.
