如何冲泡

建议使用盖碗进行冲泡

1. 温杯后加入3g茶叶,闻茶香

2. 加入100℃停止沸腾的纯净水

3. 1-4道快冲快出,不浸泡;5-7道浸泡5-10s,7-10道15s左右;冲泡次数越多,浸泡时间就越长,才能保证茶汤滋味稳定

红茶:

茶量: 3-5 克。可以根据您的口味添加/减少。

水温: 98-100℃

玻璃杯(玻璃杯 ,适合观赏茶叶,一般冲泡时间介于瓷盖碗和紫砂壶之间。最适合冲泡绿茶。

紫砂壶,冲泡时间比以上两款更长。最适合酿造普洱。

答案是

A:首先,纯净水适合冲泡茶叶。使用100度的温度,可使茶水更亮、更香、不酸。也通过这种方式,可以很容易地判断其是否为高山茶。

Q:如何正确冲泡出金骏眉的最佳口感?

和普通冲泡一样,最好用盖碗。

第一至第三次冲泡,倒水时,茶叶在水中的停留时间不要超过5秒。

从 4 第 6 冲泡,在水中静置 5-10 秒。

6以后,时间更长。

这款红茶可以冲泡 12 次以上。观金灿灿茶汤,清爽滋味。甜蜜和芬芳:-)

岩茶:

茶具: 150ml 茶碗(盖碗)或紫砂土

100℃ 使用热水。

酿造: 100℃矿泉水为宜。前四次冲泡时间短。四次后时间逐渐变长。

将汤倒入分享杯中,岩茶以红色为主,色泽艳丽,滋味浓郁。

品尝: 将共享杯中的汤倒入每个品尝杯中。适合带七点满。

绿茶

茶具: 150毫升玻璃杯或茶碗(盖碗)。

100℃ 热水。

1 步骤:温杯-提高温度,以摇动杯子并闻干茶香味为宜。

第二 步骤:放入 3 克茶。

(因茶具大小不同,茶水比例控制在1:50左右即可。或依个人口味添加)

酿造:85-90℃ 纯净水为宜,加入热水顺畅。将茶叶浸泡约 30-60 秒。

品尝:温度适宜时饮用,绿茶汤色清绿爽口,饮后加水,可加3次以上。

白色的 茶:

茶具: 150 毫升茶碗(盖碗)或紫砂土。

100℃ 使用热水。

1 步骤:温杯-提高温度,以摇动杯子闻干茶香味为宜。

第二 步骤:放入 5 克茶。

(因茶具大小不同,茶水比例控制在1:30左右即可。或依个人口味添加)

酿造: 95℃ 纯净水为宜,加入热水顺畅。茶叶浸泡约10秒,再冲泡5秒。

(如果尝 茶饼,第一次冲泡的不要喝,把第一次冲泡的当作洗的)

前四次冲泡时间短。四次后时间逐渐变长。

将汤汁倒入快过茶漏的分享杯中,白茶的汤色通常呈淡杏黄色,呈半透明状。

品尝: 将共享杯中的汤倒入每个品尝杯中。适合带七点满。

Brew Black Tea Perfectly for Maximum Flavor

More detailed brewing guide 

1.Add 5g of tea after warming the cup and smell the tea aroma
2.Prepare pure water around 90°C.
3.1-4 course rush out, do not soak for a long time.5-7 courses soak for 5-10s, 7-10 courses about 15s.
The more times of brewing, the longer the soaking time, in order to ensure the stability of the tea soup.

달콤하고 신선한, 정성을 다해 만들어진 최고급 차입니다.

틴으로 받으니 솜털이 가득하고 우리기 전의 마른 잎에서부터 꿀향이 퍼집니다. 홍차는 이렇게까지 어린 잎으로 만든 걸 마셔본 적이 없는데, 가격이 그만큼 높지만 잎과 향에서부터 정말 사람 손이 많이 간 정성들인 제품이라는 것을 알 수 있습니다.
아무래도 햇차라 그런지, 샘플 팩에 들어있던 것보다 조금 더 신선하고 달콤한 꿀과 같은 맛이 강하게 지배하며, 비훈연 정산소종 특유의 고구마향이 그 뒤를 받쳐주고, 약간의 은은한 꽃향기가 남습니다. 3g의 잎차만으로 4번 이상 우려도 맛과 향이 지속되고요. 상미기한이 3년으로, 오래 보관할 수 있지만 신선한 상태의 금준미를 맛보는 것도 충분한 메리트가 있다고 생각합니다.

금준미의 원료는 무이산에 젤좋은 차청으로 만들어진 차라서 맛좋을수 밖에 없읍니다~유통기한은 2년이지만. 아무래도 햇차의 맛은 더좋습니다.2021년 금준미가 금방 나온거라.어떻게 보면 지금 구매하기 젤좋을때에요~~
