创新骏眉工艺:科学与传统的完美融合

骏眉工艺是对传统正山小种的一次里程碑式创新。它旨在最大化激发茶叶本身的甘醇鲜爽风味,对原料要求更高,制作更精细、更严格,环环相扣。

严苛采摘: 标准严于传统,限定一芽一叶,要求“当天采、当天做”,轻采轻放,确保鲜叶活性。

增氧轻萎凋: 以人工控制室内增氧加温萎凋为主,自然萎凋为辅。温度精确控制在25-35°C间,适度轻萎凋至叶含水量70%,为后续发酵奠定基础。

分段揉捻: 结合机械与手工优势,分“初揉、解块、手工复揉”三步,确保条索紧秀的同时,均匀破坏细胞结构。

悬挂式增氧发酵: 这是工艺核心。在温度24°C、湿度95%的恒湿恒氧环境中发酵约8小时,均匀促进酶促氧化,形成独特的花果蜜香。

科学干燥: 采用“毛火”和“足火”两次烘焙,将成品茶含水量精准控制在3%-4%,利于长期保存,锁住芳香。

骏眉红茶含有更高比例的茶黄素

茶叶中的水溶性物质为30%—48%,其主要成分包括茶多酚类、生物碱类、氨基酸类、糖类、有机酸等,构成了茶叶的品质及滋味。

采用创新工艺制作的骏眉红茶,含有更高比例茶黄素。茶黄素被称为茶叶中的“软黄金”。根据临床试验,茶黄素对人体至少具有如下五项主要功能与作用:

1.茶黄素对心血管系统具有特有的养护功能;
2.茶黄素能抑制基因突变,从而有防癌与抗癌;
3.茶黄素抗氧化作用;
4.茶黄素抗菌与抗病毒;
5.茶黄素抗辐射、减肥、美容以及抗炎等。

From 13 major premium tea-growing regions

Since 2010, ZhengShanTang has embarked on an extensive journey across China’s tea-producing regions, selecting and evaluating each area village by village. After an 8-year search, we identified 13 exceptional black tea regions where we introduced the Junmei craftsmanship—a precise, innovative method of producing high-quality black tea. Guided by the internationally recognized Junmei Black Tea Standard, we built the Junmei China Tea System, promoting standardization and premium quality across China’s black tea industry.
Most of the Junmei tea gardens lie along the 30°N latitude belt—often referred to as the “Golden Belt” for tea cultivation. Here, the combination of rich, slightly acidic soil (ideal for tea plants), distinct four-season climate, abundant rainfall, and high elevation slow down the growth of tea leaves. This allows more time for the development of complex aroma compounds and results in a richer, more fragrant cup of tea.

Brewing Methods

Gaiwan Brewing

Use 4g of tea (1 sachet). Brew with 90°C mountain spring or purified water - the tea aroma will abound. No need to rinse the tea. For infusions 1-3, decant immediately. Subsequently, gradually increase the steeping time by 5-15 seconds to adjust strength. Can be steeped over 10 times.

Cold Brewing

Use 2g of tea. Brew with 0°C water. No need to rinse the tea. Refrigeration for 2-3h before drinking.

Mug Brewing

Use 2g of tea. Brew with 90°C mountain spring or purified water. No need to rinse the tea. Steep for 1-2 min before drinking. Can be re-steeped 4-5 times, appropriately extending the steeping time each time.
