Black tea is best brewed with pure water to best reflect its aroma and taste. When brewing, the water should be flushed high and the soup should be pour out quickly, so that the tea soup is sweet and refreshing, not sour or bitter. The black tea of Zhengshantang does not need to be washed.

Single Bud Black Tea
Step 1: Boil water, prepare water that stops boiling at 100°C
Step 2: Warm the cup, add 1/3 of the water to the empty cover bowl and pour it out,increase the temperature of the cover bowl with boiling water to stimulate the aroma of the tea, and rinse the tea set by the way.
Step 3: Put the tea, while the gaiwan is warm, put the tea into gaiwan.
Step 4: Shake the gaiwan, gently shake the bowl from side to side twice.
Step 5: Smell the fragrance, the aroma of black tea is quiet, open a small mouth and smell it carefully.
Step 6: Brewing, the first water injection starts from the lower left corner and rushes clockwise to eighth full. When all the tea leaves are soaked, the fragrance dissolves in the soup. If there is a long interval between brewing, the water temperature may decrease, please boil the water again.
Step 7: Pour the soup, 1-3 course fast rush out, do not soak for a long time. 4-6 courses soak for 5-10s, 6-10 courses about 15s. The more times of brewing, the longer the soaking time, in order to ensure the stability of the tea soup. Its tea soup is golden, translucent and shiny. Jinjunmei black tea can be brewed more than 12 times, and it is fragrant and sweet.
Step 8: Divide the tea soup, evenly divide the tea soup into each tea cup.

Single Bud Black Tea
The brewing water temperature of leaf black tea is lower than that of tea buds, and the brewing time is faster than that tea buds, so it is not easy to be sour. Leaf tea generally has a higher aroma and richer taste than bud tea.
