1 Express Service
1.1 We support global delivery based on your location and order details, we use DHL express, SF express and CJ express and other local shipping service. Local delivery service, delivery time, courier method, and freight are shown in the table below:

1.2 Till now, we have warehouses in China, South Korea, the United States. All ordered products are preferentially sent from the local warehouse.

1.3 Military bases: If you need to deliver goods to military bases, please contact us after placing the order or note in the order, we will use EMS to ship the package, and the delivery time is about 15-20 working days.
1.4 Brazil and South Korea: Brazil and South Korea have unique shipping regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the goods being delayed, returned or destroyed. There is a column of supplementary information on the payment page during the checkout process, which only appears during the checkout process of the online store.
1.41 Customers receiving in Brazil enter the Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF) or Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ) number in this field.
1.42 Customers receiving goods in Korea enter the PC customs clearance number in this column.
2 Processing Time
Regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, we take 1 business day to process your order. Ships Monday to Friday, not weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, please check your mailbox carefully (it may go to the spam folder).
Please note that processing may be delayed for an additional 1-2 business days if the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
For snacks with short shelf life such as cakes, or festive products such as mooncakes and zongzi, we may launch pre-sale. Usually we will mark the production start time, transportation time and local time of arrival in the product details, but it may still be affected by force majeure factors, please choose as appropriate. If your order contains pre-sold products, we will choose to ship them separately or in a unified manner according to the situation, and inform you that if you have any needs, please contact us at support@lapsangstore.com.

4 Return and Exchange Policy
4.1 If you need to cancel the order, please contact support@lapsangstore.com within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order is not shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount within 2 working days.
4.2 Disclaimer for incorrect address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. If the package fails to be delivered or is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer shall bear the shipping and return costs. We do not assume any responsibility if the package is lost due to an incorrect address.
4.3 If the package has been sent, the additional shipping costs incurred due to changing the delivery address during the journey will be borne by the customer.
4.4 If the logistics information shows that the product has been delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us at support@lapsangstore.com or call the courier to investigate the reason. If the package is lost, we will arrange for resending or claiming for you based on the investigation results. If you have experienced package loss or theft in your place of residence before, we recommend that you send the package to your work address to ensure that you receive the package safely.
