ISTea AI Capsule Tea Maker is our new product, it offers a way of drinking teas like coffee. You can drink teas much easier at home or in the office.

We have  to admit that it is still not a 100% good product.

Here are the disadvantages:

1. The rated voltage is 220v so that you may have to use a adapter plug. For more info please check blow.

2. The operation interface is Chinese, and it may bother you if you can not read Chinese. But we would offer 365 days customer service if you have any trouble using it.

3. You can connect Wi-Fi with this tea maker for future soft ware update. But now you can only use Wechat scan to connect Wi-Fi. In later version, we would add Line scanning code.

4. The tea taste is better than most teas because all the teas are Zhengshantang's high quality teas. But we have to say it is still not good as brew with Gaiwan and tea cup.  

And of course, this capsule tea maker got more advantages, that's why we decide to sell it now to overseas customers:

Is the plug and voltage suitable for my country?

How to use?

First, place the machine on a flat place, and install the water tank and pedestal. Add water below 40°C in the water tank.

①Turn on the power, turn on the switch on the side of the fuselage, and start to work after a "beep" sound.Put the water cup on the pedestal.

② Lift the handle upward, pull out the capsule holder horizontally, put the capsule into the holder, and insert the holder back into the slot.

③Press the handle down to reset, select the 100ml/200ml button to start brewing, and press it again to pause.

④ Wait,the soup will automatically come out after 10s, and it can brew more than 8 cups (refer to YouTube video)

Scan the code to connect to wifi, and you can also upgrade the system to the local language (English, Korean, Japanese, French)

Can the water tank be filled automatically?

①Open the water tank cover and add water manually

②Using the attached water pipe, external bottled water: Pull out the blue buckle, insert the water pipe, and insert the buckle down and back to its original position.

What kind of tea can I drink?

All capsule teas of Zhengshantang are universal, and there are currently four flavors：

① At the sight of golden cloud: Junmei Black Tea - Flower and Fruity Fragrance

②At the sight of Chixia: Junmei Black Tea - Sweet Longan

③ At first sight of the lotus wind: Junmei black tea - lychee fragrance

④ At first sight of Qingxia: Fuding Shoumei White Tea - Jujube Fragrance

The raw materials of tea are all provided by Zhengshantang, with quality assurance.

What is the difference between the taste of capsule tea soup and brewing in a gaiwan?

ISTea AI tea maker is produced by Zhengshantang. Even if you don’t know how to use a gaiwan, you can easily drink a cup of tea. Although it is impossible to fully feel the aroma of tea, it saves the steps of preparing utensils, boiling water, pouring tea, brewing, and making soup, and you can enjoy tea conveniently and quickly when you are busy. The special tea capsules increase the bubble resistance of the tea leaves. 4g of tea can be brewed for more than 8 cups, and one tea can be drunk for a whole day.
