They are harvested once a year, and only the first spring tea tree buds are harvested. In autumn and winter, it is advisable to drink strong black tea to warm the body and nourish the stomach; in spring and summer, lightly fermented black tea (such as Junmei black tea) or cold brew can be used to cool down.
