Introduction
This product is Yunnan sun-black tea (black tea dried in sunlight). The raw material comes from the fresh leaves of the pure large-leaf species above 1400m sea level in Brown Mountain. It is picked around Qingming in early April and made with new black tea technology.
Sun-black tea is a new production method that emerged in 2016. Because the Pu-erh tea process is combined in the production, tea polyphenol oxidase is retained, so it can be continuously and slowly transformed. The longer the age, the more mellow the tea soup.

How to brew
