Bud & Leaf Black Tea

Tips: Better not to brew this tea like below:

1. Use Thermos Cup

Tea leaves stay too long in high temperatures. Will decrease the fragrance and lose part of the nutrients.

2. Use Boiling Water

90-100℃ will destroy a lot of nutrients, such as vitamin C, P, etc., and raised too much tannic acid and other substances are easily dissolved, which makes the tea have a bitter and astringent taste. So, Keep the 80-90 temperature.

3. Brew for too Long

Best to drink after brewing for 4-6 minutes(If uses Gaiwan, not exceed more than 20-the 30s). Therefore, 80% of caffeine and 60% of other soluble substances have been soaked.

If the time is too long, the tea will be bitter, shouldn't be drunk.

4. Putting too many leaves.

Better of one Pack for 150ml Gaiwan. add 6 Times water Or 300ml Cup, 3 Times, too many leaves will excessive leaching of caffeine and tannic acid is too irritating to the gastrointestinal tract.
