The raw materials of Kuaiji Red come from Kuaiji Mountain, a globally important agricultural cultural heritage site known as the "Holy Mountain and Famous Mountain". Kuaiji Mountain is located in the southern part of the northern plain of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, and is a national forest park. The mountain is composed of Mesozoic volcanic rocks, with an average altitude of about 500 meters. The main peak, Dongbai Mountain, is 1,195 meters above sea level. The annual rainfall is more than 1,800 mm. It is warm and humid with distinct four seasons. Therefore, Kuaiji Mountain not only has rich cultural connotations and natural landscapes, but is also an important tea culture base. Kuaiji Mountain tea has a long history of cultivation and many tea varieties, which are world-famous.

Brewing Guide
It is recommended to use Gaiwan for brewing.
1. After warming the cup, put 3g tea and smell the fragrance.
2. Prepare 95-100℃ pure water.
3. Do not soak in 1-3, 4-6 soaking for 3-5s, then soaking for 5-15s.
