About Silver Needle:

What is White Tea Silver Needle?

The sweetness of White Tea Silver Needle is sweet and fresh. It's like the morning mist gathers on the flowers to form dewdrops, and the water droplets fall on the stamens, accidentally contaminated with the honey of the flowers. With the scent of flowers, it gradually spreads to the whole mouth, and it lasts long enough to bring a comfortable and pleasant feeling. It's not that sweet and greasy, because high-quality white tea is excellent in terms of production area, craftsmanship and storage.

The silver needles in the deep mountains are not disturbed by the city, and the thick pekoe on the outside is rich in amino acids, and the taste is natural and fresh. The process of white tea is the simplest among the six major types of tea, withering (spreading the fresh leaves picked in time, allowing wind and mild light to discharge the excess water in the leaves), drying (using low temperature and slow drying to make the water reduce) It can be seen that white tea is the type of tea that best reflects the original flavor of tea. The finished silver needles are stored in a sealed package in a dry, dark, cool, and odor-free environment. The quality will remain the same as before, and the tea soup will be more mellow and sweet.

In China, there is a word that describes white tea: 1 Year made Tea, 3 Years made medicine. 7 Years made treasure.

1 Year Tea?

White tea is slightly fermented tea, the first-year white tea that just came out is almost the essence of green tea.

3 Year Tea?

Different from other tea, during storage, the internal components of the tea slowly change, the aroma turns to age, tea soup gradually changes from apricot green to apricot yellow or darker. When drinking, the aroma becomes mellow, the taste gradually softens, and the feature of the tea changes from cold to warm.

7 Yea Treasure?

The aging of the white tea content becomes more and more mellow, unique fragrance of the white tea coexists with the aging fragrance. Let the taste fragrant, and soup amber, red, and transparent.
