Selected tea varieties from the core tea mountains in Xinyang's Shihe District and the local Xinyang No. 10 variety are specially selected, and the innovative Junmei technology is used to produce Xinyang black tea with a distinctive "Xinyang charm" that perfectly blends the aroma of chestnut and osmanthus.

Brew Guide
It is recommended to use Gaiwan for brewing.
1. After warming the cup, put 3g tea and smell the fragrance.
2. Prepare 95-100℃ pure water.
3. Do not soak in 1-3, 4-6 soaking for 3-5s, then soaking for 5-15s.
The more times you brew, the longer the soaking time will be. If you feel bitterness, you can properly reduce the soaking time or reduce the amount of tea you add.
What is special about Xinyang production area?
The Xinyang Black Tea raw material production area is located at the foot of Cheyun Mountain in Xinyang, adjacent to the historical Thousand Buddha Pagoda. The tea gardens are distributed at an altitude of about 200 meters. Although the altitude is not high, it is at the geographical boundary between north and south. The temperature difference between day and night is large, with an average temperature of 15°C throughout the year. The frost-free period is 210-220 days, the average annual precipitation is between 1200-1400 mm, and the relative humidity is 80% all year round. It is a humid zone with deep soil, high nutrients and good permeability, which is very conducive to the growth of tea trees.
