The Lapsang Souchong is the first black tea in the world history. Originated from the Tongmu Pass in Wuyi Mountains, it has 400 years of history. Lapsang Souchong was called Bohea in Europe in early times. “Bohea” is the pronunciation in Minan dialect for Wuyi Mountains，which according to the Family Pedigree of jiang, was born in around 1568 AD (Middle and Late Ming Dynasty).
